Nature of Digital Services Since our services involve digital assets, WhatsApp API activation, and immediate resource allocation, we do not offer any refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances once the service has been activated or the payment has been processed. 3. Account Suspension & Misuse If an account is suspended or terminated by VPSKS Musical RasiYa Private Limited due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Anti-Spam Policy, no refund will be provided for the remaining balance or subscription period. No refunds will be issued if a user’s WhatsApp number is blocked or banned by Meta (WhatsApp) due to the user's messaging activities. 4. Technical Issues While we strive for 100% service uptime, temporary technical outages or changes in Meta’s API policies do not entitle the user to a refund. Chargebacks and Disputes By using our services, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment gateway.
